The only thing i can think of is the pool in the backyard it is cleaned with the mop or maybe the blood stains. Oh, have you checked all of the Corners it could be that there are some Webs. Though i hope i could help you and thx for playing.
I just translated what you said. It should be possible to pick up the trash through standing right next to it and pressing E. If the trash is flipped upsidedown u can only pick it up from the side.
Thx for playing the game. After Cleaning you have to go to the drive through window which activates a scene. And after the scene you get prompted to go to the main entrance.
