Hello. I'm planning on releasing a Dino-like game (Google Dino), and the style of art is going to be 18+ gachimuchi in pixelart (Yes, I'm strange).

Description & thoughts

You don't need to be a pro or like have tons of experience. You just need to prove that you can do pixelart by showing some art that you made yourself. And of course, you need to be willing to work on NSFW art.

It will be a moderate amount of work:

  • 1 layered background - 3-4 layers, seamless, which will be used as parallax background. I can imagine some Slavic city as the background, with those grey buildings all around going endlessly :)
  • 1 type of ground - seamless, probably some kind of city road
  • 5 types of obstacles - 2 flying [animated] and 3 grounded
  • The gachimuchi-styled character on a bike - animated (run, idle, jump, falling dead, duck) [reference: Billy Harrington]

That's it. All sprites should be 128x128 OR 64x64 (discussable) unless it's some kind of *ground which has to be larger.

will try to provide references for all of the above, but I'm neither artist nor designer,  sadly.

Payment: 75-100$ for all of the described, either through PayPal, crypto or direct transfer. I will consider any other payment method if it is available to me. The price is discussable, but highly depends on the quality of your works.

This is a mostly for-fun project for my friends, so I'm not looking for a person with 10 years of experience. It's OK if the art is not perfect, but it should be generally good-looking (the overall picture). As for me, it's a good opportunity for a beginner-middle pixelart artist.

It would be nice for you to be from CIS since it will be easier to communicate and understand the idea and the vibes of this 'gachimuchi' meme, but it doesn't matter. Please do not apply if you have any kind of scepticism towards the culture or the meme, OR if you have payment per hour OR your expectations exceed the limit.

References

A good reference is this pixelart of Billy Herrington. Which is highly detailed, twice of what I need.

And the second one I could find is this, which is AI-generated I believe (0% approval), but makes a good reference and it very close to the idea of the game (man on a bike).

Billy Herrington's Bicycle Hobby

P.S.

If we are both happy with how it ends, I might come to you again, since I'm interested in game development (I'm a programmer).
