I had the same issue. You should check the lily-pad area, or the red portal. If you did those already, then maybe re-do the maps (while keeping track). Eventually you’ll get the last 2.

You don’t buy them, you finish maps and it gives you the items

Shop can give you extra accessories, but maps do most of the work.

Yeah, it also seemed like it. Didn’t play as well either. They did have the fearless poosting melee, so that kind of confused me.

Agreed; especially reselling items. I have so many useless damage protection items I bought so long ago because I thought it was the best stat. Worst part is I don’t even wear them.
