Thank you! I really appreciate it. The times have been rough on me the past year or so. Storm after storm hitting my area. Last one that came by wrecked my apartment so bad I've had to find places to stay for the next couple of months while it's getting repaired.

Unfortunately, as much as I love working on it, Eysir is a hobby project, so the necessities of life have unfairly put it by the wayside temporarily... Haven't so much as been able to touch my main computer in over a month :(

It's still coming along, though! I work on text, enemies, NPCs, and the like every chance I get. Just haven't been able to devote the time I'd like to keeping up my social media with updates, and what little I do is frankly very boring out of context, haha!

Love the UI and maps! Very arcadey look and feel. I especially like the real-time timer. It adds even further to the arcade feel of the game. Graphics are extremely well-done. Even with 8x8 tiles, just about everything is distinguishable. The music is decent, but loops so often that it quickly becomes grating.

My biggest gripes are with the controls, however. They are very unwieldy. Having to repeatedly click tiny little arrows for every action or movement became too painful for me to continue after about 5 minutes. I didn't get far enough to see if there were any ranged weapons; unless there are, I don't think it was necessary to separate the Move and Attack controls. Walking into an enemy doesn't appear to have any effect and could be repurposed into attacking, as it works in other roguelikes.

I'm looking forward to any potential post-jam updates to this!

Thank you very much, and I appreciate the offer! How can I get in touch with you?

Good to see you still around, and glad you're enjoying the updates!

Thank you! I'm happy to finally get publishing this page off my plate. If progress continues as well as it has this past week, I'll have some good news about the demo soon!

Oh no! I know exactly what caused it and uploaded a fixed version right away. It's listed as version 1.41. I apologize greatly for leaving such a major issue in the game.
