I also got word from Bandcamp why emails are no longer are delivered to you. You have to fix it on your end:

Apologies for the delay on this, and thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, Microsoft products such as Hotmail, Outlook, msn.com, and live.com can be quite finicky when it comes to Bandcamp emails. We recommend adding "noreply[at]bandcamp[dot]com" to the list of approved senders and/or contacts to help ensure delivery in the future. If you want, you can forward that info to the artist or ask them to contact our support directly.
