1st you must have glow talisman  and pickaxe, then to go underground of Bareshade and explore near an entrance until you got line like " found another tunnel" then explore underground, you will see new place on map.

That why I think it unfair for us can't do anything with him while main of ToS already done much to Rousk. Atleast it would nice if we can fight him, a dozen of Reptile lure and a Cozy cage is ready for him :)
