depend on your device. if u are on android, go to a file explorer>android>data>this app. if u are on mac, open the game, and on the menu it should say save file (or something on the left side). open it. not sure about windows but should be the same.

Just start with flaccid mode rather than hard.

Go to your file explorer (If you cannot find it, install zarchive form the playstore) > go to downloads. you will see the file. Click on it and install.
