Yeah, the choice bring you to one or another route, the main change are the dialogs, but the picture do change depending on the route too. Small change like emotions, creampie, clothes ...

Also, you tried max / min in the demo or in the full game ?

The change start to occur at the chapter right next to the demo

Technically, it's a NTS route as she have sex with the guard with the player asking it.

But the only route where there's no NTR/NTS is the "Almost Perfect Love"
