I want to begin by saying I really love Fear and Hunger but I was among those who played a little, found it grueling and uninstalled it, thinking I'd revisit it when I would be more prepared and/or it would be updated. I think it's really cool that this mod exist and from what I read it seems it will make the game more manageable for filthy "casuals" like me. However... it's not on Itch anymore? It disappeared from my library :(  I could by it again on STEAM but... Is there an other way I can get it? I'm also pretty scared because I see the last comment is from 3 years ago so I just hope the whole game will be modded.

I'm pretty happy to know this will see a full release! I've played the first demo and felt it had a very unique look and ambiance so I was bummed out when I thought it wouldn't be finished. I'm pretty happy to be proven wrong! :D

I began to play Shrine 2 days ago and I'm STOKED I just love your aesthetics  and the drowning ambiant soundtrack is creepy as hell you give me the inspiration to do my own DOOM mod to be honest :)

Cool short game overall, the setup is good and tense. I love the fact that characters are already menacing so when they turn on you, you begin to think about EVERYONE you've encountered so far that you'll now have to kill/evade and that was stressful.(I really freaked when I realized I had to go through the cafeteria again) I ran into a few bugs (fell out of world, blocked by stairs geometry) some of the paths where not easy to find.The controls are ok overall but OH BOY did I needed the cheats! I feel like the gun jamming is more or less a death sentence: there's WAY too many spots where you'll simply end up in front of a barrage of enemies you simply CAN'T get through (do people actually finish this without cheats?) I think the gun jamming is not a bad idea and adds lots of tension but it could have been for just a few pulls of the trigger or make you waste a magazine instead imo
