That's effectively universal for all programs that exist, if something is zipped and comes with more than one file inside the zip you HAVE to keep them all together the way they are, including subfolders.

In most cases you can move the entire folder around as long as the "internal" file structure around the .exe is preserved, but you can't break things up or sort it differently inside the application's folders.

Hey hey, played this for a bit and so far it's really neat. Adding some of the Switch remake changes is a nice touch, though a bit unexpected (raising the shield lowers movement speed and bombs don't unlock right at the beginning of the game when the shovel is bought).

However what I would really like to see is a setting to flip the interface from the Xbox layout to the Switch layout. Having A at the bottom is not how I have ingrained the game into my brain over the decades. While the actual buttons can be changed to accommodate a Switch style controller it would be nice if the slots in the interface could reflect that as well.

Personally I got my 8bitdo Ultimate controller to work by just plugging it in and then starting the game. The layout is the regular Xbox diamond with A at the bottom and B on the right.

Perfect, I'll give it a try on my PAL console and if that doesn't feel right I'll pop it into an emulator.

Thank you for the reply!

Hey, quick question about playing this game on real hardware: Does it run at the correct speed on both NTSC and PAL consoles? Or is it only made for one of the two regions, and if so which one?

The ogg files in \BGM and \SE still have Towergirls in their Metadata. That might want to be fixed depending on the exact outcome of that lawsuit.
