“White Russian” is just the name of the cocktail that the girls drink at the beginning of the story and which causes the symptoms. It's a cocktail with vodka and milk underneath.

the options usually bring alternative scenes and dialogs. They are there to bring in some interactivity so that you don't just read. But there are no big story branches, the story is rather linear. 🙇‍♂️ (only in the pnp event there are about 5 different endings based on who you give the staff to.)

Do you mean in the sense of growth and milk production? Mirai and Cora will continue to grow and give milk. Towards the end I plan to add a number of endings or epilogues where one girl can outgrow all other characters. (the player decides)

If you're asking about my personal preference, then I can say that Mirai is my favorite character. Because of her leading role in the main plot and my affection towards "tsunderes". 😸

I don't know about advices, but I can tell you how I proceed. Others work differently and that's cool too. 👍
I wouldn't create too many main girls if it's going to be a Harem VN. Rather concentrate on a few and develop detailed characters. It also depends on whether you want to tell a story that follows a major plotline (like a movie or series), or whether you want to jump from one (kinky) scene/or date to the next without an overall plot. 

Think about a setting first. I wanted to tell a anime-like story that revolves around a cafe that eventually starts selling breast milk and whose maids keep getting bigger boobs.

Then, naturally, questions arose as to why the girls were lactating, what is their relationship with the MC (friend, boss, relative, classmate). Then think about classic stereotypical archetypes that you like and want to have in the game. (sporty girl, shy girl, nerdy girl, arrogant girl, popular girl, etc.) To make sure they don't stay in the stereotype and it gets boring, give the girls additional characteristics. Maybe the sporty girl is also insecure with her body, or the shy girl is good at a certain hobby that gives her confidence. Maybe the arrogant girl is very reliable and helpful when it counts. Or present the girls as stereotypical but gradually show that they are actually the opposite. Maybe the cute girl is actually slutty and loves to show off her body. when she is around the MC. Something along these lines helps to make characters entertaining.

Also think about a reason why the girls are growing. And then how the girls react. Do some like it, do some want to stop it. Once you've built the framework, it actually works by itself, because you only ever have to ask yourself: What would be the next logical step? 

If you find yourself at a dead end and don't know what to do next to continue the plot, it always helps to bring in support characters who have contact with one of the main characters. (The parents of the girls/siblings/friends). In the relationship with those you can show more facets of the main cast and deepen their character. Support characters don't need that much depth. Their main task is to make the main characters shine. Another possibility is to change the setting/location. Then you can work with the environment. Are they in a shopping center/cinema/park/beach? What can you do there and what situation do you want to put the characters in? 

It's already quite long, so I'll stop now. I hope I was able to inspire you with a few ideas. 😺

Since the question comes up a lot I might give kiara the option to become even taller towards the end of the story in an optional ending. I'll consider it. 🤔

If by "more happens" you mean that they grow, then I can I affirm that. Like Kiara, Kumi is one of the main girls and will continue to get a lot of screen and grow time. 😄👍

Ultimately, I'm still struggling with where to draw the line. There will definitely be an ending where one/all girls will have hyper sized breasts (bigger than body, car sized etc.)

Some people don't like their breasts that big ,so I'm still thinking about a size where I can finish the main story with and than give the option to continue the growth in an after story/epilogue type of thing. 

I want to try to give the opportunity for people to complete the main story, even if they're not so much into hyper sized breasts, but also to continue the growth after the main story and show the girls with breasts bigger than their body. And tell how they live/cope with it.

But I think some of them will at least reach a size where their breasts outsizes their torsos in the main story. 🤔

There are dialogues that change whether you decided to "succumb" to Carmilla a few episodes ago. If you no longer have a save that includes this decision, there'll be some error messages in Renpy (Like this one). You can just press ignore and it should continue normally.

Displaying larger muscles isn't quite possible with the program I use for the models (Honey Select). At least with the girls.

And I wouldn't want to make the MC more muscular. 🙇‍♂️
