How many ending are there? Not including DLC.

aaa im so confused I'm not sure if this is part of the game or a bug but after the thank you scene in step 2 there is some more small dialogue???
i have replayed this game soooo many times and have never seen this before. 
is this meant to happen or is this a bug? right after this dialogue an error screen pops up.

I'm not sure if you're still updating, but, I just thought this game was great. The art style is very cute too! <3
