As far as I am aware the game isn't compatible with phones.
I've looked into this a bit and I'm quite sure that there is no French translation right now. You could create your translation pack if you're interested tho.
It's currently only available in the latest patreon build. So if you're not a supporter you'll have to wait. Otherwise, download the latest build.
You could probably pull it off if you're tech-savvy enough, but as far as I'm aware you can only unlock achievements in the preference.json file.
The demo is the same as the full ver. The full version is there only if you want to support the devs
