The Elixirs dropped by different bosses are unique. For your Imouto, the same Elixir won’t work. You’ll need to collect Elixirs from different bosses to heal her further. If you have any extra Elixirs, you can just use them yourself

Currently, the dungeon's monster spawn logic generates a monster every time the player moves a certain distance. In version 0.6, we plan to change this so that a set number of monsters are generated when entering the map.

Currently, not all methods of obtaining ingredients have been implemented, so I made ingredients non-consumable to prevent players from getting stuck during the dinner segment. I plan to complete this gameplay feature in version 0.6.

As for saving, you can save your progress at the bonfire. The number of monsters and difficulty scaling will be increased in future updates.

The infinite duration of debuffs is a bug, and it should already be fixed in the latest version.
