Thanks!! I hope I have plenty of time to work on it :D :D :

I'm really excited about this jam. Really cool idea Barji and PolyMars! You rock!

I think my plan is to try to spend 1-2 hours a day streaming myself learning and working on a game in Godot.

I love you all! <3

Great progress so far.
I think it's too hard to drive straight currently.
It seems like extra rotational force is being applied at times that it shouldn't.

Keep up the good work!

12 minutes and 34 seconds

Wow! This is the best game I've played yet. Really, really great job. Loved seeing the difference between now and a year ago. The level design was on point, and the game design was even more on point!

So glad I stopped in. Loved when you shook all the inputs out of their spots.

I'd update the cover art as well.. not indicative of how good the game is.

Beat it! Score: 99910 (2 play throughs)
This was so cool!!!! Best game I've played yet... Oh where to begin
Shotgun and grenades OP!
It's hard to use the machine gun with only 8 directional shooting

I loved that you can see through the trees. I loved the overall game structure. I loved santa's shadow flying across. I loved the pacing, and the timing of new bugs. Color coding weapons to presents took me a minute to pick up on, but was a good choice. The fear that came over me when the bug meteors were falling was awesome. Those purple bugs are fast! great addition of the final boss, but I would've liked it to be endless. Final boss finally shot and scared the crap out of me! Bug speeds were all on par. Those spiders are spooky! The gun and bullet animations were great.

I think maybe you should have had scarce candy canes, and some smaller candy that regenerates less health instead of full heal every time.. Made it (just barely) too easy. Final boss could also use a health meter. I didn't like that I was able to walk through trees and some map obstacles. The machine gun should've been fully auto with more bullets since it's hard to land shots with the 8 directional scheme. Picking up the same gun type should add bullets to your gun instead of replacing it. If I have 25 shotgun and pick up another one I should have 50, not have lost the initial 25. The paragraph in the beginning needs to be broken up into segments. Never hit the player in the face with a giant paragraph unless it's lore or a book or something.

Great work overall!! Can't believe you did this all in a month. Very happy I stopped in to play it. Very polished!

This game is the best I've played so far. You worked really hard and it shows!

The sound design and lighting are remarkable. I also love that your game page has the same color scheme.

All in all it was a wonderful experience. So glad I clicked on this one!

My only note would be to make the fireflies basic polygons like everything else instead of circles.

I loved tracking them and waiting for them to turn back on. The collect and let go mechanic was cool as well.

This game looked like it could be fun, but the movement is not intuitive and there's no restart button. I'm glad you tried though!

Controls were a little bit glitchy and hard to get a hang of but overall great job!
All the levels are designed well, the game keeps going  and going... which I wanted
I liked the sounds and animations too... Not seeing the bug tho

Well done! High score 2460. The sounds and AI work well. Everything is very clear. I like how well the attacks are telegraphed. Graphics need improvement but the gameplay is a lot of fun I played multiple times.

Cool game Noah! Thanks Noah!

Great work guys! I think the art is visually striking and I loved the game mechanic. The last level was great use of it. My favorite part was resting the characters chin on the ledge. Great use of character design and physics! Overall wonderful job!!

I just missed it! 1 minute away! Can we still submit?
