We're happy to hear it, thank you! :) Hope you enjoy the full game!

We're glad to hear you're enjoying the game!
Feel free to join our Discord (the link is on our main page), the players have been discussing clues and hints and helping each other out with the endings. :)

It's not, no worries! Things are just taking us longer than we anticipated. This year's been a bit rough on us so far.

Oh, thank you kindly! :) We hope you manage to get it working fine, then!

We'd love to distribute a Mac version of Blankspace, unfortunately Apple's latest changes to MacOS make it very awkward to run non-notarized code (potentially leading to support nightmares for us, as we're not Mac based). Notarizing code requires a $99/year Apple Developer Licence and regrettably it's hard as a small indie developer to justify that sort of cost.

You should be able to play using the Windows version of the game by following the instructions at the bottom of https://patreon.renpy.org/macos-notarization.html though - just be sure to test using the demo version first to check if it works for you fine.

An 18+ patch was originally planned, and it's true that often means CGs.

When we came to actually creating the patch content, we opted to write the story first, and then consider how to fit it into the game (as opposed to drawing an image or two and then writing to fit the images).

As you've probably seen, there ended up being quite a lot of that written content (definitely more than we'd originally guessed we'd have). Beryl and Chris are in an interesting situation, and the ideas flowed well.

But that then led to the realization that to adequately illustrate all the action would take a tremendous amount of effort (and we're all too aware of how often you can hit an h-scene in a game, and so much of the story ends up mismatched to the static image, and we didn't want that either).

So we were faced with a choice - we could add months (a lot of months) to our development time (for content that not all players will want). Or we could cut one or more of the explicit scenes out entirely (but we liked them all!)

And neither of those were very appealing choices! So we chose to focus some additional art resource within the main game, and allow our readers to use their imaginations to fully picture the 18+ scenes in their entirety.

Beryl tells us that she appreciated the extra time she got to spend with Chris, too. ;)

Steam and itch.io are separate stores, so you'd need to purchase the game itself separately, too. We leave it up to the players which platform they prefer.

No, it does not. We leave it up to the player to choose the platform they prefer.

No, they are not. We leave it up to you to choose the platform you prefer.

Hello! We're sorry to hear that. This seems to be indeed an issue. The creator of Ren'Py addressed it here:

Please check out if the method described there will work for you.

Dear Players!

Acting upon the feedback I've received, I decided to add a "Clue Chart" to the newest build of the game.
It will show you which clues you managed to find (and which you didn't) in a character's route the moment you trigger a single bad ending for that character. You will find this chart in the Quick Menu of the game (right in-between the "Load" and "Settings" buttons). Once you get stuck, the chart should give you some kind of idea what routes to explore in order to advance further!

As always, downloading the new build will keep your current progress and save files intact.

I hope this little addition will help you out and make SoulSet an even more enjoyable experience!

We're happy to hear that! :)

As for the poem... It's actually not a bug! You'll need to figure out the place where that information is needed, first, for the game to tell you whether you got the name right or not. If you got it right, the game will still remember that you got it right, though, and you'll be able to use that information elsewhere once you'll need it.

The clues you gather simply don't show up in the ending screens unless you know what kinds of clues you need to look for in the first place!

Thank you for your support, it means a lot to us! :)

We are aware of the issue and have requested a storage space extension from Itch.io. We'll upload the game directly to Itch.io site as soon as it is possible to do so.

Just a quick note!

We've just released a tiny patch
, fixing a jarring grammatical error which appeared throughout the game (a big thank you for one of our Backers for pointing it out!) If you've already downloaded the build, please simply re-download it. All current save files should work with this new release.

We're sorry for the inconvenience!

Time flies so fast! But yes, we'll be doing our best to release it before holidays come, so please look forward to it. :) I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the demo, thank you for playing! And thank you for going through the effort, we appreciate it! ^^ It's always great to hear what the players think!

Thank you for playing, I'm glad you liked it! ^^

We're currently finishing the game and getting the necessary paperwork done. We're planning to release it around the end of November/early December.

Thank you for playing, I'm glad you're enjoying the demo so far! Miss Ponytale McGee will stay forever in our hearts! ;)

Sadly, I can't say anything about the 7th romance option nor about the card drawing sequence since both of those things are spoiler territory. The full version of the game will hold an answer those questions.

I'm also happy to hear that Isshin and Marco got to your liking! ^^ I put a lot of thought into the story and the characters themselves, so I'm always flattered to hear such kind words regarding either.
