Really digging this at the moment, but I have to ask - will this ever be on Steam? 

I'd like to easily follow development. I know there's a fee for getting a game onto Steam, so I've gone ahead and put some money into that goal if it's ever planned to happen.

I don't know if being able to relate to this game is good or bad, but...

It really encapsulates the way that I tend to feel more often that I'd like to admit. I guess it's just good to have proof that you're not alone in the way you feel.

What stuck out to me was the on line about accepting the way that things are, but knowing that they will get better. It's easy to fall into a pit, thinking there's no way out, but there always is. You just have to wait for it.

The visuals & sounds are excellent. The mood is exactly right, and reminds me that it really is a good idea to just go outside every once in a while.

I hope things get better for you and anyone else struggling right now. And remember to go for a walk when the weather's nice.

Are we allowed to use word list generators, or are we forced to type out all the words used in our game by ourselves?

Perhaps you didn't read the e-mail thoroughly enough, but in case you missed it, we were using Trello as a means to report feedback and bugs. Either way, here comes my actual reply.

Even though it seems unusual, having two different buttons for the initial head selection didn't bother me at all. Also, B on the Xbox controller is the button to use your backpack, not fire. As for B interrupting movement - there are two keys that correspond to B on PC - Left Shift and the C key. C works like normal, but holding Shift uses your backpack and lets you nudge the camera around slightly using the movement keys. Not sure how it works on an actual Xbox controller, since I don't have one.

I had to adapt to the movement of the character a little bit, but after an hour it was only a matter of fine-tuning. Stomping on other characters has always been tricky, no matter what game I've played, especially since some of the later enemies move quickly and quite frantically. While I agree that the little walking enemies are hard to stomp on, it should after all be only used as a last resort, when you're out of ammo, for example.

About the last paragraph - by weapon, do you simply mean backpack? There's four backpacks in this early alpha prototype, and each of them has it's own unique usage. Weapons use a different equip slot and can be fired at your leisure, while backpacks have a cooldown.

And yes, the Lil' Chicky seems to be designed to ruin your one dream of destroying that one devil dude four feet to the right of you. Every single time.
