like i said, the android version is missing extra features the paid version has. please enjoy the story for free anyway, i'm happy when people play my games!

the web version is also free. the difference is the paid version has extra bonus features. the reason for this is that steam doesn't allow you to give away the same game for free on other platforms, so i had to differentiate them.

yeahhh i think it's an emulator bug, i've tried to patch this before. i'll take another look at it for next update tho!

unfortunately due to engine limitations the only way you can play it on phones is through third party tools like neko rpg. i should be able to port it in the future though, since this game has garnered some interest from publishers who will help me :)

omg this is such a sweet comment, thank you! i left the timeline a little loose/ambiguous between treat and starry flowers, mostly because i wanted to include the cameos more than i wanted it to be 100% accurate. there's a lot of starry flowers stuff in syrup 2 (still in development), and the timeline is EXTRA loose there because days pass according to player actions. so i was thinking of each game as having its own timeline but still hitting all the right story beats, with starry flowers itself being the "official" version.

it's still in! i'll double check in case i messed up the flags for it... but you should be able to trigger it by getting the lantern oil for him before seeing the avalanche, then coming back to hear his story before you pack to leave.

i want to write a sequel someday :) the sequel will be free to play.
