Is this game possibly also Inspired by Space Station 13? I made jokes about that before but the more I looked into the game, the more evidence I found! Like the Syndicate Suits and other Items.

Hmm, I think finding a way to dock a ship to the prison and escape would be great too! 

I'm fuckin' with ya, docking and ball inflation would be hot.

Character backgrounds would be wonderful! Also, could be used as a way to introduce some more difficulty settings or preset like/dislikes.  
(Ex: You were a Gym Trainer [Higher strength] Or you were a Hospital Patient [Low Hp, Strength, Just makes the game very hard])

But hey, I'm just yapping about a game that I think is kinda neat.
