Maybe not an original game, I've seen several on the Google Play Store, but at least I didn't find an exact game with the concept.

The aliens have destroyed the mothership, but the astronauts managed to escape in time, only to be left in space wandering...

Enter you, the hero, and your spaceship, to save the day.

Fly into space, avoid the asteroids, battle the aliens, save the astronauts, return to base.

Think of it as Space Choplifter.

The game will use just lines, using a style reminiscent of the old Atari arcade games or the Vectrex console, and with this premise it should run fine on any device.

I only hope to finish it in time

Hi everyone.

My name is Cesar, I'm a small developer from Mexico who last year released only one game (spiketwist, for ios and android).

I'll be working by myself, I'm planing on using just libgdx+3d and some math here and there. My idea is to use a vector-like display, like the old Atari and Vectrex ones. This way I won't need to be hunting for tiles or graphics ;) For audio I'll rely on free audio libraries.
