hi, or is there an official Discord, or chat server for the jam

have PTSD, or OCD, or mild autism

#thx Mr. Beregon, and think also googled it, and there was an ' admin ' that had replied any jam that's more than 1 month is sometimes not approved, and because it takes too much space on the jam - page, or it's not the best for the jam - list . . .

not sure what's happened, and atm these are my settings . . .

- published == checked

- not listed == unchecked

however, and the jam is 32 days, and also has 8 day voting, and not sure total of 40 days it doesn't appear on the list of jams, or then if it has been approved, or perhaps it's not a ' legal ' jam, or more have done something wrong, or etc etc . . .

have been looking around the internet, and not sure one has to also have a queue, or not sure what settings to get a jam approved, and not sure anyone could let me know what settings, or is required to get a jam approved, and the internet looks to be bit ' conflicted ', or then the answers don't make sense . . .

are there any specific rules, or that one has to make the jam ' public ', and that's all, or not sure . . .

also made a cool ' logo ' for the jam, and rather hope to have the server approved, and not sure any advice, or criticism . . .

anyway, and what asking for is bit information, or how the ' approval ' process works, and if one gets a letter, or anything to make sure it is allowed, or that it also follows the rules, and have no idea if doing anything wrong, or have not correctly made the page, and have set the page to also ' public ' . . .

it's just a retro - indie jam, and also really look forward to making a retro - school, and that's all . . .

been trying to figure this, and have made a retro - jam, and it looks like the jams need to be ' approved ', and not sure how that works . . .

it's also for a retro - school, or a server where the goal is to teach PS1 - PS2 quality, and also retro - effects, or various shaders, or style . . .

not sure there's anything have to do, or perhaps in case a server isn't approved if one gets a message, and then could update the jam as to make sure it was approved, or then what one should do . . .

#thx, and also this is the first jam have ever hosted, and goal is to make two jams, and that's 1 month, and then 3 months duration, and not sure that's cool with the server, or at all what could be doing wrong, or any advice . . .

Making stuff in Godot 3.5.1, mostly bec. it has OpenGL 4.3, for the retro - horror look . . .

My name is Charles M. Lamb, a high - func autist, my goal for this jam is to write bit story, try and make a video - game, and learn bit more over code . . .

The stuff I make isn't super - scary, bit like Indiana Jones, atm, idea is more to try and learn to make games, so there's gonna be spoilers, etc etc, more to learn the stuff, get better at horror - effects, the basics, etc etc . . . .

There's also a good chance won't be able to finish anything bef. the jam is over, dealing with mild PTSD // high - func autism . . . .

Hi, I need some help, sigh I was on the Discord, but posted way too much, ended up ruining the chat, for the others, also, ended up feeling really bad, and sadly vented in a dumb way . . It got me well-deserved banned, from the chat, don't blame the moderators . . #mybad . .

The big problem was, posted way too much, and, off-topic, also at times, slightly weird topics, that didn't belong . .

I realize I've been a problem, and, am still trying to learn, what went wrong, mostly posting too much, and, sort-of preventing others from using the chat, bec. there was too much text, some of it, off-topic . .

I have been thinking, with permission, if I could have a single topic here, this itch.io topic-section, nowhere else . . So instead of 'hogging' the chat, I can ONLY post here, ONE topic only, people can read it, or, simply don't, it'll make it MUCH easier for people NOT to read it, and, I could still make something for the jam, post a very short, single title . .

The problem was, sort-of, posted walls of text, and, other people found it difficult to sort-of chat, and, I went into off-topic . . In a chat, where other people can't just 'not' read it, it was a massive problem, if I have ONE topic here, then people can 100 % decide, if they want to read it, or not . . I might have made some people slightly mad, or a bit sad, and, I get it, if it's a no . . Peanut Panda was involved, helped getting me the ban I prob. needed, not sure, ask if this might be the one way I can be in the jam, if I only post in one thread, here . . If it gets boring, or has a few spoilers, people can stop reading, etc . .

Sorry, for the inconvenience, and, thanks to the mods, that gave me some chances, and, made the right call, etc . .

Also, I should apologize, also the mods, at least Peanut Panda, for wasting some of his time, and, not using the chat in the ' best ' way, made some big mistakes, also, was frustrating, so on . .

A very advanced idea, make something where one can type text, then, make chip - speech, and alter stuff like pitch, treble, bass, mid, etc . . . Sort-of, one types the dialogue, one then gets approximate chip - speech, also settings . . .

Hello, I have a wish . . To make a simple 8-bit or, arcade DAW in Godot, to make live chip - music, even chip - speech . . .

Maybe it could be in the bottom dock, with the debugger . . .

Something, with a piano roll, ability to set curves, for volume, and, add some simple effects . . Sort-of, a simple DAW, and a chance to look at older synths, and make Godot Synth, or perhaps Godot Symphony, it'd have the classic 8-bit sounds, from Sega, perhaps Nintendo, also arcade . . . Be cool, if the music was made live, instead of a .wav, also chip - speech . . .

Not sure what is wrong, not sure will be able to make submission, or so . . . .
