I have fixed the issues since last post.

I'm repeating my warning elsewhere here that the game is currently impossible to complete due to a glitch.  I don't know what caused it but I'll address it as soon as possible.

Hello to all of my beloved participants!

My name is Thomas and I am the host of the "Lost in Adaptation" game jam.  I have also chosen to participate in it myself.  However, life and personal obligations have intervened just a tad, and so I'm giving us all one extra week to get things done and submitted!

Do keep in mind that the next week is Thanksgiving week, which depending on what your plans are might make it more or less busy.  Either way, though, good luck!

Thanks.

Sorry I didn't check this for a while.  I think I have someone else but maybe you both can submit, if I have multiple levels.

Hello, my name is Thomas.  I mostly work as a programmer in Unity C# but I can also do some environment and prop modeling if need be.  I would like to work with people who live maybe a maximum four hours before or after my time zone, as last Game Jam I participated in I had a team who were too far away to get much done.

Yes.  I'm Sir T-Man on GameDev.tv's official Discord server.

I've got some experience with 3D art.  It's probably not enough to model and animate characters but it's likely enough to model some props.

Left-click to scratch.  I think only the bladed parts of the boss can damage the cat.

Thanks.  Arguably, it has been developed into a few full games.

Nice start, but I'm not sure I like  being unable to control trajectory midair.  Maybe that's realistic, but then again, is realism what people really want in a game about a kitten fighting demons?  I'm assuming it is a kitten because of its scale compared to the furniture and appliances.

Also I think there's too much waiting around/trial-and-error in the bathroom and first boss.  Level Two is where I rage-quit, though I might have soldiered on if I had access to a controller.  Still, in that level I noticed the cat falling through platform that was rising and lowering, so you might want to check collisions.

The in-level music is good but maybe there should be different songs for different levels.  The boss music isn't exactly catchy but it fits.

The graphics are the best part.
