Regarding the rules, is it okay to include mild cursing? Not that it would be vital to include in my game, but it would be nice to have the option.

I could also include a warning if I do decide to include it. 

Not a bad idea, but it is totally understandable if they don't want to do that.

Good game, but the text at the beginning moves WAY too fast to read. Also, you can just say do not let them on every time and you win.

Im 14 and can make a 2D game pretty easily.

Controls are a bit wonky, but otherwise great job!

Great! Art reminds me of Baba is You, though as you have shown in your video, that probably wasn't intentional. The game concept in general reminds me of it as well.
