For some reason, I can no longer play. Every path but the elevator trap is blank.

Has the doctor sealed her lair forever?

(In all seriousness, help.)

I started a new game right after winning at the last moment, and two things came up.

1: I was still one loss from defeat.

2: I won, and the bondage dialogue returned an error. (twice, since I played a Risk Chip.)

Any number individually (gryb) or maybe just any singular number, then DON'T choose white. (different colors have different pre-bad end text)
