What do you mean exactly by the road? Like with lines, tires print and everything? I'm open to any suggestions because I'm realy bored doing the same stuff over and over again=)
If I knew that at the very beginning, I would rather paint all of it by the hand with numerous layers to reuse in the future. That's probably what normal people do.
I'm not sure. I think it was the previous version of the Bing Image Creator (DALL-E 2, I guess). Also, I use Photoshop to make it usable and seamless, SD for creating maps.
FYI. This is a rare case of a decent AI-work. 95% of it is completely random promt-wise and looks like s... and needs a lot of editing (like A LOT) because of uneven light, and it's not seamless.
No, actually, that's a first such request=) I'll look into that. Maybe, it is time to create a Patreon or something. I would gladly show my pipeline to anyone interested.
Why, you're totally right. The base map is made by AI. After that go tons of editing, creating other maps etc. It is quite a standard procedure now, also time-consuming and stupid=( Don't worry, thought, it is legalproof. (because Unity Asset Store somehow checks everything, and if it's not edited enough, they don't approve that).
To be safe: Vol 1-3 is true hand painted. Vol 3-34 and 49 and Stylized Nature and Dungeon Starter Pack are made in SD. Everything else made using AI. Basically, Mega Pack Vol 1 was made without using AI.

Hey, voxels with textures - that's really cool. Though, you don't have sky textures. Maybe that is something I need to make. And, yeah, tree bark isn't right, cause that isn't tree bark, but just wooden logs. That one I'm definitely going to make. Will there be a public demo at some point? I would play.
