I went through some Fesliyan tracks to try to find one that wasn't on the previous list and found this:

Will the game be available directly from itch or do you have to play on steam?

edit: Saw on the kickstarter that the phone version will be available on itch. Does that mean both PC and Mobile versions will be available on itch?
