Thanks! I added an option to use keyboard

Nice! Paddle doesn't shake anymore?

It's a hand picked and cleaned list of well (and not very well) known colors. I wrote an algorithm to solve the game optimally and ordered all colors by increasing difficulty. Also, about first 100 levels are fully curated by theme to introduce player to the game concepts gradually

I noticed your game launches balls automatically. What do you think about mouse gesture based launch in Fracturix?

Yeah, maybe this one

Try it now, I added mouse/trackpad support. This way the controls are much better!

Thanks! As a non-artist solo developer, it was a tough choice for me to not go the pixel art path as everyone do, but I'm glad how it turned out :)

Dude, this is so cool!

It's really heartwarming to meet fellow designer of a arkanoid-like sidescroller! Just played your game, it feels nice. I wanted to implement mouse control long time ago but postponed it for too long, doing it now ;)

The controls suffer from some lag, or is that the intention?

Definitely not. It was laggy in fullscreen because I went too far with decorative background shaders. Patched this just now. It should run now as fast as the monitor allows.

Do you also make bricks with more lives?

Yes, in my game brick HP is proportional to its size and also every color has its own base HP.

How did you come up with the sidescroller idea? I recently learned that's not obvious choice :) For me, it mostly was because of one of my childhood memories, when I saw an older boy playing a sideways breakout in my school on a computer I didn't have access to. It looked incredibly cool! Now I can't even find out what that computer was, and can't find the original game either. But I kinda wanted to play it since then

Yes, controller support is in the plans.

BTW, what's your FPS when you're playing? One of the limitations of the in-browser play is that it might be a little laggy in full screen. It's easier to play when FPS is high.

I think I've found the issue and fixed it. Can you please try again?

On this level, only use blue and white. Also, if you have blue light filter turned on - I suggest to play without it

Regular Chrome works for me, but try Edge too, it's interesting to see if it works.

Also, I'll be really grateful if you send me console logs from your Chrome. That may help me debug. To do it,  in Chrome right click and press Inspect, then choose Console tab on the right. Go from the first level in the game to blank screen and copypaste whatever messages are in the console tab to https://pastebin.com/

What browser are you using?

I noticed that Incognito tab in Chrome doesn't work properly on itch by some reason

Thank you, I'm really glad you liked it!

Level 156 is tricky to beat fairly. You can get 3 stars if you add 1 magenta to the mix.

But, to be honest, I wouldn't have guessed it on my own without computer's aid. I'll look for a good way to address this later. Thanks for reporting!

Thanks :)

I suspect blue light filters such as Night Shift can make it much harder. I'm adding a note about it

You can do it, I just checked! On level 80, you need only blue and cyan. 87 is yellow and white. The trick is to find the right proportion.

I like bug reports very much, thank you!

Fixed these as well. I'm pretty confident the stars for other levels are correct now, these were edge cases because they're part of tutorial.

Wow, that was impossible actually, due to a small bug. I just fixed it, you can try again.

Thanks a lot for reporting!

Thank you for your kind words!
