There are no conditions for use. You can use it however you want.
i use Easy Diffusion 2.5 (https://github.com/cmdr2/stable-diffusion-ui) and a Waifu Diffusion model to get anime style pictures
You can use it in your projects without any restrictions, also in commercial projects.
