Please click to the cog icon on the main menu and enable invert mouse axis. We already have that in settings.
With new mode I can add something like cloth to the player. I'll announce when I added. Thank you for your feedback. But please note that, your team mates shows green health bar on them, so you can still recognize them quickly.
