I have tried some fixes for this but none have worked. Any thoughts?
Hi it's now working!We had Directx 12 installed which appears to be the latest version. Luckily running the tool from the MS website and restarting solved the issue.Here's the article: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-download-install-directx-2624489
