The itch.io version of the game will more than likely lack key features that the Steam version will have (such as multiplayer)

Note: I bought the game already on Steam. Although as someone who was born in Venezuela I completely understand why some people are upset about having to spend the equivalent of a day's work on a game they already paid for

The itch.io version will not be feature complete because some of the new features will be dependent on steam tools. Which is why people are mad about it. They supported the game early on and yet they receive:
1. v1.2 two weeks after being released on steam
2. A game that isn't feature-complete compare to Steam (most likely no multiplayer as well)

Isn't this an appeal to accomplishment (logical fallacy)?
