1 Year, i know i know, but still. I found the reason why you and me couldnt raise Pixie affection.
The trick is:
1. Talk to Pixie at 16:00
2. Choose "Leave"
3. Instead of choosing "Yes" you need to select "I'm Good"
4. Then, this "Follow" option will appear and you can get the lifting dress cut scene
Repeat that to raise Pixie affection up to 20 and you can progress further!

It's already in game, called white rose, bc of someone lazy ass there's no item list (You can obtain white rose while maxing love on girls idk which one cuz i was macro feeding them, gl)

Virgin potion/item/tool?
