I'm playing on windows, there was no little lock icon in fact nothing shows up at all, but then i exited and re entered the app and only 4 cgs showed up

When I entered the game I tried to press all the options but all of them would not work and I just stayed on screen where the play, load, and save was.  also tried to exit it and play again but to my disappointment it still didn't work, I just kept pressing play over and over without it doing anything. I'm using windows
