An English localization of nEroErosso is very high on our list of projects we want to tackle! We're still working on a new title currently, but after that we may be able to get that project started.

Hi! Aside from localization of text, all the games we've published as OTUSUN LAND, including MariAlbum, are identical to the original Japanese releases, so no content is cut, but they do include mosaic censorship in some images. This applies to both itch and Steam. I hope that helps!
