I seem to be stuck on the starting screen and can't figure out how to start? I've been clicking buttons but nothing's changing, is something wrong orr?

I'm not usually into these kinds of games, but this is genuinely really fun, and the writing is awesome! 

I cannot tell you how happy I was seeing that it stated dysphoria was not experienced by all trans people. Always made me feel like a fake whenever I saw someone say you needed severe dysphoria to be "trans enough"
