Thanks! Every level has 1 cube that is real and unlocks the portal- the rest are fake and kill you. I'll try to make it more clear in the future.

More updates will be released to this game! I think there is a lot of potential for a full game that could be released on android, steam, etc.

This is a stretch but the treasure is finding your cube and getting to leave the puzzle
Edit: Limitation is used by spikes being able to kill you but you can't fight back
