People on F95 often recommend Defiler Wings on the "similar to ravager" threads (which I have looked through extensively lol), it's quite scuffed compared to the absolute quality that is Ravager, but the premise is vaguely similar. Only played it a bit as of now, it just makes me want more Ravager tho rip. There's also Orrias, a pretty small, gay (as in literally), text based game here on itch, but man I want to play as a dragon so fuckin bad I don't even care lol.
Do you not have file extensions/formats or whatever displayed in windows explorer maybe (.exe .txt .bat etc)? If not it would just be named "compile"
I would suggest turning on extensions for future file-fuckery though (if you don't already have them on of course). To do that click the "view" button at the top left of any windows explorer/file window, then click/check the box over to the right of the drop down menu that says "File name extensions" (assuming you're using windows 10, don't know if it's the same or different elsewhere)

Ah, I did check out slavemaker 3.5 a while ago, but the franchise ripping isn't really a vibe for me, much prefer original characters or randomly generated stuff. Like 95% text, but if you like slave stuff enough to fuck around with things for a while figuring it out it's pretty epic. Setting is cool too, near future partial societal collapse where epic ancap-type cities/arcologies pop up around the world with a big slave trade. Let's you do just about anything I would want to do in a slave game (that takes place in our reality at least), don't know how much that aligns with you, but there's a lot of stuff to do.
