A very good critique indeed, if I do end up turning the game into a full release I'll work on the camera, thank you!

This is a valid point but I assure you as someone who is trying to make games for a living I have no interest in ruining any credibility I have worked hard on building up as a game creator!
Also Itch does have the Itch app which mitigates a lot of the risk, I prefer to use it myself over the web portal

Hey, thanks for the report.
I'm not entirely sure whats happened there as I haven't had that error myself.
The only thing I can suggest is to re-download the game and see if it still occurs.

Feel free to join our Discord server, we have a section specifically for people looking for teams!

Thank you for your interest in my little game! I would love to put the game on Steam and also im currently working on making a mobile version too, I just need more support as those platforms require payment to put games on their platforms, so maybe in the future a steam version will be available!

Hey there! If you follow the Discord you'd see that there are a tonne of planned features, pirate upgrades being one of them I'm actually working on the 1.6 update already. Thank you for playing!

Hey there, congrats on winning The Indie Games Lab Jam #2! If you have a discord send me a message there and ill update your rank there!

The short answer is 'any'. We have a theme thats announced on the Discord, then from there its any game you would like to make, just as long as it fits the theme!

Hey, congrats on winning!

Could you please message me on the discord if you're on there so I can sort out your winner role!

Hey Taze, are you on our discord? Someone may be able to help there, feel free to ask there!

No not yet, it starts at 12pm GMT (or in like 20 mins)

Thanks for your comment! Yeah I had to rush the audio and didnt mix it properly, and yeah half life mode only changes the model for now.

I hope you enjoyed though!

Thank you for playing, Im still developing this game so it will make more sense when I add the voice acting in. Great video!

Thank you! Yeah, before I had to restart the goal was more clear and yeah the bugging was supposed to happen.

Overall a fun little game, but I found it was quite easy. I got to 296 within my second try. A few notes would be:

-Add more obstacle variations (visually)

-Change the speed the higher your score, but also adjust the obstacle locations

-I would show 3 hearts rather than two, as to not confuse players

This being said, I would love to see where this game would go, if it were to continue development!

I would love to leave a vote on this game but the players walk speed seems to be set incredibly low, so much so that playing the game is impossible, so it would be unfair to rate it. The visuals and audio are very pretty though!

I like the concpet of this game, being able to switch between two controllable characters is fun. Very simple though, I would love to have seen a 'Win' screen after each level though, because the game loops after completion. I'd love to see this game further refined and tweaked, I could see this being a fun little game!

Thank you for the submission!

I love the concept of this game, an informative take on an RPG. I would love to see this game a lot longer though as I think it would make for a really good educational game. Very nice visuals. I would say next time a tip about sound design is never make your games volume default 100%, fun enrty though.

Thank you for your submission!

I love the simple idea for this game. The controls can be a bit tricky as the character won't jump unless you are touching the floor. Very cute art style though and well done simple concept! I'd love to see this game further refined, if you plan on doing so I'd love to see that!

Thank you for the submission!
