Yes, the fact that you can't move platforms when they are near characters is a feature. Its intended to stop the red character from jumping on a platform then having the blue character move it to the end of the level along with red. However, it still needs much more thought put into how it works to prevent shotgunning red to the end of the level with a platform, for example. I didn't have enough time during the jam to think about it too much.

Thanks for the feedback, and I'll definitely consider developing this game further once the voting has ended! It has been an absolute blast making the game.

Maybe some UI explaining which controls control which dice would make it easier to understand

I'll try to see what I can do if I develop a future version! The plan was that you could change the dice abilities and strategize based on the enemies you face within dungeons, but I couldn't make enough abilities to change through them meaningfully in the 48 hours as a solo dev.

Nice concept, but I didn't enjoy it when it got way too out of control to deal with. The randomly generated map should be more random and have more impact in a future update, because the random bushes don't do much. The map should have some affect on the way the player's positioning or "strategy" somewhat

Good mix of strategy and luck, with very simple presentation for people to understand how to play!

Very good game and good concept, but the skill curve is way too high. I struggled with the first level a bit and I feel like a couple easier levels at the start to get players used to the mechanics would be great! Also the dice doesn't fit the art scheme of the game much, making it look out of place. Other than those two minor things, great game!

I love and enjoyed the risk/reward factor of staying out and building the bridge but risking losing progress when you're attacked suddenly. It's a unique concept for a game that I didn't see anywhere else in the submissions that I played and I didn't find any bugs. Although I'd make it so the explanation/speech at the start of the game is in a static box at the bottom of the screen with a picture of the player character to the side of it sorta like in RPG's so it's static and easier to read.
