Fear takes priority; confusion affects the target during their action, while fear prevents said action entirely

Autosaves are built into the game, you can load one by clicking "Autosaves" on the bottom of the Load menu.
Using lockpick in Steph's quest has a known bug, for now to get around it just pick it yourself
