there has been some confusion about this, to get the individual endings, you need to get the coach to appreciate one character and no others.

There is a small notice in the corner of the screen that says "coach appreciated that". This is the indicator of who's ending you're getting. Try doing another playthrough where you focus on getting those for Raev and Gylden

the more he appreciates a character, the more likely it is that you gey their ending
