Skill books in the Book Shop change every day. Get the Guitar Skill book and read it in your room several times until guitar skill gets to 100%. There is also a Cooking Skill Book that helps with Bree.

If you have the lucky trait you don't need the gift from Lavish. You just need your happiness at max before you go to bed.

If your stats are at max (don't know what Stat rises your max happiness) it can go up to 14-15.

Happiness needs to be high when you got to sleep. Don't know the exact value. Just try it with the max value

He just asked where to find it. I assumed that he already triggered the event.

You can manage her career with your phone. Open her contact and choose manage. Search for jobs, assign her to availeble jobs and wait some days till you can search better jobs.

The Spycam is used for Cassidys Storyline. When you go to drink a coffee in the office it triggers at some point the investigation. When you reach 100% during that investigation and place the Spycam in the office before the meeting at night with Cassidy, she becomes your pet slave. 

The Bike and Car can be used to get to the beach at summer. It costs you less time if you own a car instead of a bike when you want to get there. 

For the lights at the house I've never experienced something so far. Maybe it's a preparation for a later update.

You can either meet them at the pub at some point or you know how to play guitar and get to a point with Sasha we're she invites you to a studio. This scene appears at some point in the apartment when you progress with Sashas story.

You have to hack into Alettas PC in the morning af few times. Ask Aletta, Audrey and Lavish for help. It's an option in the conversation menu. Place the spy cam in your office before the talk at night with Cassidy. Call the accountant from your office when it's available. 

Get 100% + spy cam footage to get Cassidy as a pet slave. It's still buggy in my opinion. (No booty call possible) and LP won't go over 40%.

I had a bug where I was on a Date at the mall with Lexi. Sasha got mad, an error appeared and every time I switched locations, Sasha appeared mad again with the error. 

Also the problem with the Android menu. Is there a way to get to the main menu? I want to start a new game without deinstalling the game.
