well I'm not sure what to say, I've only played about a dozen levels. The "rules" are very clean and straightforward.
Some levels feel like they drag on a bit, if you manage to stall and survive a long time (I only accept saving all villages as real victory lol).
I wonder if it will get old over time without new mechanisms. Other that that this is a super solid game, with strong atmosphere too.

Who knew splitting attack into 2 different stats could be so interesting (damage for creatures, points for players).
Discarding cards as a cost is ever getting more popular, for good reason. Hard choices plus luck mitigation, can't go wrong with that.
The number of playable cards based on hand size is also quite clever.
Quite impressed with just the base game, and I guess it only gets better further down with more cards!
ok that last bit of instructions makes things a lot more clear haha. I think the "explosive" bits having another color is a bit confusing, what if they flashed white?
In any case its amazing how much character you've put into "just colored squares", a couple transitions and some intriguing sounds. I wish I could do that XDD
as someone that found Inscryption highly overrated, (amazing atmosphere, meh card game) I feel conflicted about games going for a similar thing.
I think I like the "real" game here more than Inscryption? XD So considering that game was such a hit and surely took way longer to make, this is great!
PS: it seems you might have changed the name at some point and forgot to update the description/file names? :P
