Hello! Thanks for still playing and enjoying the game! Even if I am not answering every time, of course I am always reading your suggestions. Generally, all kinds of suggestions are welcome, however, the things you describe would actually require quite time-consuming changes (even if they might appear to be "minor" but trust me, they are not).
For instance, I really like the idea of picking up individual pieces of underwear and equipping them separately. 100% great idea! I just did not have the time to implement and draw more than 1 clothing item and 1 weapon so far.
So usually for me "time" is the biggest factor for me to consider... and even if I am not able to change the game the way you would hope, thank you for giving it so much thought and suggesting great things!

About removing underwear of main character: For this demo I will keep the images as they are - mostly for time reasons. Since I am working alone and want to move forward with the project I am focusing on getting new content in rather than changing existing drawings.
About having the guard sprites naked: Yes. I agree that it does not make any sense that they are still dressed after sex. I only didn't do it yet because of time reasons, but I will definitely add new naked guard sprites in the next update!
About censored parts during sex scenes: I have not made up my mind about this yet. I want to give it time and see how the project evolves. Therefore the decision is postponed for now.
And finally, about the ideas you had for the story of the game. If I would implement the "reverse" gender dimension, I would need to rework big parts of the game, for which I don't have the time. But even if I had the time, I would not go for this idea, and here is why:
The main character has the ability to switch between two bodies: male and female. This is one of the core concepts of the game and hopefully also what makes it stand out from the crowd. I want to give the player the freedom to switch body whenever they want.
But with the idea you are describing it would not be a gameplay mechanic anymore, but just the plot forcing the player to play as the other gender in order to progress. And that is what I want to avoid. It would take away a whole degree of freedom in gameplay.
I also won't implement the bad/good endings you proposed, because that would only work if there is a "true" gender (which you assume to be male) and in the bad ending you want the character to be stuck in the "reverse" dimension which would be the female. But also this does not fit well with the core idea of the game: Switching body to seduce guards and save the princess.
Overall, I want to create an interesting and UNIQUE game with dynamic gameplay.

Currently I am working on putting more gameplay mechanics in (because I really want it to be more than just a visual novel/walking simulator). For example, Saving/Loading the game, and also an Inventory System so that you will be able to actually change your armor. So yeah... there is still a lot of work to do, but I will also try to progress the story and put new NPCs in.... stay tuned!

About plot I am not sure if I want two different dimensions.
In my mind it was more that either the main character is some kind of demi-god and can simply change form, or that it's some sort of curse, but still one person just with two forms and all in one dimension. But yeah... maybe it could also work with the concept of switching between two different dimensions. I will think about it...
With "walkthrough", you mean like some kind of "auto-play" or just some "hints" in the menu?
