Bro everyone is saying it a bug. Look at the last 2 posts.

Yeah I started a new one and it works fine but I would like to continue playing on my old save it has 300+ turns.

I have noticed in the new 1.4.0 update that loading into a save then clicking on a nation without drawing a card makes it impossible for me to click on another nation. For example I load into a save then accidently click on Country A. Then I try to click on Country B which is what I meant to click on. I am now stuck on Country A and I am forced to draw a card for it. Also when this occurs it does not let me click the spacebar to draw a card. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.
