As a huge fan of Death and Taxes this game made me pretty happy :) Palette looks banger too! I think the overall UI could use some work for the sake of clarity because it was pretty confusing at first but this genre of games is pretty cool and not that commonly done. Oh, also! I didn't know about the game conditions so it was a bit unclear when that would happen or how. Great game either way!

The art is so comforting and flowy and the whole thing looks and feels beautiful. This is kinda what everyone felt would be the perfect representation of legacy in terms of mechanics so its awesome to see it in motion

Omg, that boss was AWESOME I got so excited to see it in the presentation. Everything felt very smooth and fluid, and overall, it was pretty finished. Great job :)

Thank you for the input! And fair- it wasn't a mind blowing use of the theme and we were very biased towards a fighting game, so it was a  very ambiguous use of the theme haha. Glad you gave it a go! ^-^
