Thank you for your response and tutorials. I thought about what you suggested as a remedy but I am seeing if there is a quicker / easier way to do it. I am guessing I may have to do what you described in your tutorial to minimize the amount of layers. Thank you for your response, much appreciated.

I am looking for someone with experience that may be able to help me with an issue I am dealing with in regards to the program Tiled.
I am trying to create a border forest out of various types of tree tilesets without having to create 100 layers to achieve it. Is there another method or way to achieve a crowded forest of trees without creating multiple layers?

Hello, I am working on a multiplayer pvp arena game in pixel art that requires an unpaid volunteer programmer who is experienced with Unity Engine and Tile Sets. I already have an animation artist who has been creating character design / animations / abilities and environment assets and myself who is using Tiled for building maps. I am new to the industry but very experienced in video game mechanics, combat and gameplay.
