very frequently getting a bug where, if I lose through a grapple, I'm put in the kobald slime suit scene which breaks my game. My game also breaks when I'm caught by the bee people, I just get a black screen that I can move in

Only little snag I ran into during my playthrough is a codex bug, where turning the title filter in the people tab completely bricks that tab after you leave and try entering it again. Specifically, it shows this error "Error: cannot execute macro <<drawListPeople>>: titleToggle is not defined", and loading a save, refreshing the browser, and starting the game over didn't fix the issue for me.
Besides that, this was a very professional and well prepared demo. Will definitely be here for the full chapter :)

Awesome update! I ran into two things you might wanna take a look at though. -Drawing with Sam option displays an error after you pick any of the other hangout activities. -I'm sure I picked every romance option for Sam, but when talking to Sonia about him that option tells me the romance stat isn't high enough. Ty so much for the update, can't wait to see more!

Choosing the music box as your present spits out an error for me
and sitting with Sonia, then choosing the patient option afterwards seems to take you to the wrong passage.
SICKKK update, holding my breath for what's next!! Honestly, I didn't know how much I wanted a fantasy interactive fiction that lets us play through the childhood portion until now and i don't think i'll ever look at the genre the same way lmao. Reminds me of when i first played Our Life Beginning and Always [which I super recommend if ur craving a primo childhood customization-filled story btw] and that's like the highest order compliment i can think off 😭 Wish u luck in development I'll be over here dreading the inevitable time skip and the "everything goes wrong" moment
RAAAAAHHHHH this chapter was so good!!! this IF is so good!!! take all the time you need but also I need more of this injected into my bloodstream RAAAAAHHHHHH (also I think everything about this story is fantastic but if there's one teeny little itty bitty suggestion I would humbly make is a way to befriend/start developing feelings for Sam while having choices that at least don't actively decrease coldness! I'd love to go for an anti-social icy introvert melted by the sun personified type dynamic so losing coldness to befriend Sam feels a little rough BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS MWAH CHEF'S KISS SO GOOD!!!!!!)
