guys, if you don't see the exe file then download the original psych engine, rename the Sonic.exe folder inside the folder you downloaded "mods". next, unzip your psych engine, drag and drop (or copy) the folder you renamed mods, put it inside that exact folder that you unzipped, open the game, go to the mods section (or freeplay), find the song that you want to play, then hit enter and BOOM! you now have the psych engine port of vs sonic.exe 2.0! hope this helped.
