When you get a girl to max level 10, censorship will unlock 

You have to clear the two tiles on the top layer, then all the tiles on the layer below becomes clickable 

Thanks for trying out the game. Yeah, the secret levels can be quite frustrating, I designed them to be advanced/expert levels. If you are just going for the character unlock, you can grind the boss fights for more potions. Might do some video guides at later point

Here is a another possible solution. First navigate to the .exe file (Right click game in steam library->Manage->Browse local files)

1: Right click on the game (.exe)

2: Property

3: Compatibility

4: Compatibility mode -> Windows 8

 5: Apply

No, the demo contains full nude models and H scenes as well
